Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager for MSMEs to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of MSME clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing customized solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage relationships with MSME clients, providing them with tailored financial products and services.
– Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the MSME sector.
– Conduct thorough assessments of client financial needs and risks to propose appropriate financial solutions.
– Monitor client accounts to ensure timely repayments and manage credit risk.
– Provide financial advice and support to help clients grow and sustain their businesses.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
– Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and industry best practices affecting MSMEs.
Qualifications:
– National Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
– Proven experience in banking, finance, or a related sector, with a focus on MSMEs.
– Strong understanding of the financial challenges faced by MSMEs.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.
